Additional terms for businesses using Available Now, including membership, listings, Spotlights, Boosts and Last Minute Offer.

Your business information

You are responsible for keeping your business identity, contact details, services, location, VAT status and other profile information accurate. You must only claim qualifications, accreditations, licences, insurance, experience or guarantees that you genuinely hold and can substantiate.

Membership

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. The current price, included features, billing interval, any introductory period and cancellation arrangement are shown before purchase. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not normally undo a period already supplied, subject to any statutory rights that apply. Founding, promotional and partner access may have separate stated end or transition dates.

Availability

Posts must represent genuine capacity that customers can reasonably act on. You are responsible for promptly pausing or removing availability that is no longer available. The Fair Use Policy forms part of these Business Terms.

Spotlights and Boosts

Spotlights are promotional credits that may be used for eligible promotional features such as a Boost or Last Minute Offer. Included allowances, expiry/reset rules and any price for additional credits are those displayed in the product at the time. A Boost improves placement or prominence but does not guarantee views, enquiries, bookings or revenue.

Last Minute Offer

You may only apply a Last Minute Offer where a genuine saving or discount applies to that availability. The description must be truthful, clear and not create misleading urgency or a false price comparison. By activating it you confirm the claim is genuine and accept responsibility for substantiating it.

AI-assisted writing

AI-assisted description tools are drafting aids. You must review the output before publishing it and remain responsible for every claim in your profile or listing. Do not use the tool to invent credentials or other facts. Information supplied to the feature may be processed by our AI service provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid listings and customers

If you sell through the platform you are the seller of the underlying goods or services. You are responsible for legally required pre-contract information, fulfilment, customer rights, cancellations, refunds, taxes and VAT. Our Payment & Refund Terms also apply.

Seller reporting

Where digital-platform tax reporting rules apply, you must provide complete and accurate seller information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests. We may retain and report information where required by law.

Suspension

We may restrict or suspend a business for false availability, misleading claims, abuse, fraud, repeated complaints, attempts to evade limits or other material breaches. We will act proportionately where circumstances allow.
