The general terms for using Available Now as a customer, visitor or account holder.

What Available Now does

Available Now is a marketplace and availability platform. We help customers discover businesses with capacity and allow customers to post requests. Unless we expressly say otherwise, Available Now is not the business carrying out the work and does not guarantee that a business is suitable, qualified, insured, licensed, available or able to complete a particular job.

Customer and business contracts

When you instruct or buy from a business, the contract for the underlying goods or services is between you and that business. The business is responsible for its description, price, VAT treatment, qualifications, licences, insurance, workmanship, fulfilment, cancellation terms and any refund due under the law or its stated terms. Available Now may facilitate communication, reservation and payment without becoming the supplier of the underlying service.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully and not impersonate others, misuse contact details, scrape the service, interfere with security, post unlawful or abusive content, create false requests or attempt to manipulate rankings or availability.

Availability and reservations

Availability is supplied by businesses and can change. A short reservation or hold is not a guarantee that a booking will be completed. Customers should confirm the scope, price and any important requirements directly with the business.

Payments

Where payment facilities are offered, additional Payment & Refund Terms apply. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider.

Content and intellectual property

Users retain responsibility for content they submit and confirm they have the right to use it. You grant us the permission reasonably necessary to host, display, resize and distribute that content through Available Now. Available Now branding, software and platform content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Moderation and access

We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity or breach of these terms. We may change or discontinue features, but will not use these terms to remove statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for the quality or outcome of work supplied by independent businesses, or for losses caused by information a user or business has supplied inaccurately. These terms do not limit consumer rights that apply by law.

Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. Problems with a listing, business, payment or platform feature can be reported through Contact / Feedback on the site.
